A French man was arrested Wednesday for illegally buying a Viagra prescription for his friend after they were found to have been using a counterfeit drug.
Michael de Mello, 27, was arrested and charged with fraudulently conceiving and fraudulently obtaining a prescription for a drug that the fake drug is not approved for.
