The Company's patent for the drug, Viagra® (sildenafil citrate) has been granted in U. District Court in the District of New Jersey and granted in the U. Patent and Trademark Office under 35 U. C. §1107.
The Company will also be granted 180 days of exclusive rights to market and sell generic sildenafil as of January 11, 2014. The company has filed a patent infringement suit in the U. District Court in Chicago and is pursuing a similar infringement suit against Pfizer's current subsidiary, Warner-Lambert PLC (NYSE: WLK).
